Android 7 Porting Attempt. I almost got it, but I need some advices!
I' m working to port Android 7 to this Android 4.2.2 tridimensional smartphone (quite old, but still fantastic). After many Roms that refused to install, I finally got a Rom that can install, and that almost booted (damned bootloop!). Maybe someone that has experience can quickly spot my error

This is the phone I'm working on:
Brand : EStar
Model: Takee1
CPU: Mediatek mt6592
Stock Rom: Android 4.2.2 Jellybean
Specs: here
Base Rom used:
A Custom Rom, Android 4.4 Kitkat + 3.4.67 Kernel
Port Rom used:
Android 7.1.2 Rom with 3.4.67 Kernel. (ViperOS )
Porting Guide used:
Nougat Porting Guide For MTK 6592 KK Kernel 3.4.67
+ mount points adjustments made by me
Check My Ported Rom:
If you have experience with Android portings you can help me, giving a look to the Rom here.
(Dont't install it if you're not a developer otherwise you'll only get an unfinished Rom.
Updater-Binary file of my ported rom
Initially the bootloop was caused by some stupid syntax errors in the updater-binary. Then I fixed it.
Read it on Pastebin
Other Infos...
To install the Rom is required to unmount the cache from TWRP (I don't know why but it's not a problem)
I got a bootloop and the bootscreen is distorted (maybe it's the classic horizontal-vertical problems of custom roms, we can quickly solve it after the first effective boot)
Please help me bring Android 7 and ViperOS to this device! :)
Many people keep requesting it to me
